Hi all,
first of all thanks for your attention. I just have a very simple question:
ftpupd.exe is found in my Windows folder.
I have heard in the past and read in google this is some sort of worm/virus.
I'm not sure because other sources say the worm attacks this windows file. What I don't know is if it IS really a windows file LoL. This is because I recently formatted lol, well I know my sister isn't really careful on surfing the net either.
Is ftpupd.exe harmful? What does it do?
If any danger please let me know.

if you typed it right, no, its not windows.
i dont understand the concern though, the worm that i assume youre refering to was blocked by microsoft a year ago. if your system is updated, you dont have it.
