Initially it seems like a good idea. No more stupid law-suits from stupid people who cant read the warning labels on their coffee cups. Probably save us all a bit of money. But whats this going to do to legitimate victims? Will federal courts get backed up? Did Bush have ulterior motives? Will Lenos monologues suffer? Thoughts?
