I have three questions:
How do I disable DMZ settings, how do I clear 6112 from it’s settings, and how do I bypass my router? My Netgear router type is WGT 624 v2.

I have no idea what DMZ settings are.
I have no idea what you mean by "clearing port 6112 from it's settings"
To "bypass your router" plug your ethernet cable directly into your modem. I'm sure that's not really what you're looking to do though. hehe
You're probably wanting to know about port forwarding (getting your router to send WC data to your computer)
www.portforward.com
Find your router, it'll explain the rest...

Airdawg, in SOHO router parlance, "DMZ" stands for De-Militarized Zone and is used to forward traffic on all ports to a host. It's generally recommended that the DMZ be used only if port triggering and port forwarding don't work for whatever reason.
