My CD Rom Is Making Thigs Disappear

I bought roller coaster tycoon 2 & expansion packs.
Computer way over exceeds system requirements and XP compatable software.
RCT2 comes up blank !
Check CD property CD full.
Put RCT2 in a computer not as good as the first PC running NT professional - works great.
Put expansion pack in first PC - runs great.
Check multiple CD's in first PC - GREAT
I have run every scan and check I know - still no go
What has XP done with my RCT 2 Game??? HELP !!!
This has happened a few times on music CD's but I figured it was bacuse they were copied - if that helps anyone
