Doom3 (DoomConfig.cfg

My fresh install of Doom3 doesn't create DoomConfig.cfg file.
Video ->GeForceFX 5200 Driver ->Detonators 66.77
DirectX->9.0c
Does anyone have idea why that's hapenning and how could I solve this annoying
problem?

try doing a custom install instead of automatic
