I cant install anything

Hey,
I got may new Radeon 9600, and wen't to install the new drivers when i got this message:
16 Bit Windows Subsystem
c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications. Choose close to terminate the application.
This affects anything i try to install, drivers, games etc.
Win XP
P 4 1.8 Ghz
768 Mb DDR Ram
Radeon 9600 Pro Powercolor 256mb
Integrated Audio

I fixed the problem myself, one of my spyware programs accidentally removed it and I replaced the file.
