ok, someone sent me this thing, and it was called Jennifer Lopez.scr..... i opened it and my computer went crazy and now it keeps sending my friends and everyone files like

Sooo can someone explain to me whats going on and help me:S...oh and i forgot to mention it closes my Norton Antivirus and will not let me open it...if some one can help it wud be very grateful

ok, you need to disable all your IMs and email programs until this is removed. you may need to format to get rid of it, but hopefully not.
first, go into the task manager and end task anything that doesnt belong there. then run online scans.

symantec also has an online scan, but if it let you open this thing in the first place, i wouldnt be too trusting of their database.
