netexcel inetshare 104 router

I have a netexcell inetshare 104 router, and cannot open the console.
I went to the ip 192.168.1.254
got the validation screen, and did as someone suggested:
left the username blank, and entered admin as the password.
still could not get in. I don't have a manual, and the device does not have a support site
Can anyone give me any hope?

is this a used router? if it is it may already have a username and password set into it. try contacting the previous owner (if possible) and getting the username and password. if you cant do this download the latest firmware for it. that may do a "master reset" on the router adn delete everything on it, but im not sure...every router is different.

erm I think its supposed to be Username Admin and password blank isnt it ? :P
Dun think you can have a password without something as a user but dont qoute me :P
