I am getting a series of question marks "??????", leeters and numbers in the title bar of the IE browser. Anmy ideas as to how I can get the title of the web page back?

try reinstalling IE...thats the only thing i can think of

I tried reinstalling IE, running every spyware, antivirus, adware, etc program. I've still got it. Other ideas? the registry? ???
