Microsoft games starter disc

I have registered versions of Microsoft Flight sim 2004, and Tiger woods PGA tour 2005.
Is there anyway that I can get around not having to put a starter disc in each time I start one of these programs?

You could probably download a crackfor it, then copy some of the files off the disk onto your harddrive, then you would nolonger need the disk
