norton antivirus problem

i have windows xp and am using norton antivirus 2005, i have just downloaded warez which is a file sharing program and now keep on getting security alerts from norton once the program is running. the message says that a remote system is trying to access my computer and if i have started any online gaming or file sharing programs i should select the permit option.
the problem is that when i select permit, i then straight away get the same message again and again. i have tried to put the program in my exeption list on norton but have not had any luck.
do you have any possible solutions?

that used to happen to me, you can configure it on the options of norton, or theyll just stop after a little while
