Lineage 2 probs

So I recently started playing lineage, its the first time in about a year that i put my machine to 'test' on higher end gaming
Athlon 1.6ghz
512 DDR RAN
64 MB RADEON 7200
Soundblaster LIVE
60GB MAXTOR
I run the game at
1024 x 768 x 16 bits
Texture Detail = high
Modeling detail - high
Using highspeed cable internet
Refresh rate 85
Once in a while I get lag spikes while playing and I wonder what if its internet lag, if its hardware lag, or if my settings are just bad on the game
I know sometimes the computer used to tell me I ran out of memory so I added more on the virtual memory and it cut out the lag, but after about 10 minutes I always get a lag spike that lasts about 2-3 seconds and then its ok again is my processor slightly too weakfor the game, my video card, my ram too low?

It could be the fact, that your Radeon card is 64 mb memory.
Most games of today, requiers at least 128 mb. And getting on line, playing games, will put even more stress to the card memory I think.

And if you run Windows XP. A upgrade of your RAM sticks to 768 or 1 gig, would'nt do any harm!
Make sure, that you got the same speed of RAM sticks though.
If you dont know the RAM:s speed or manufacturer. Download the small software CPU Z.
I would also recommend that you reduce the quality settings for your videocard. It' may do some improvement.
