Page_Fault_in_nonpage_area!!!

I know a little about computers and i know that this blue screen that i get when ever i turn my comp on is bad. It says page_fault_in_nonpage_area. And it suggests that i remove any new hardware or software. But the only problem is that i cant get on my comp. No matter what i do windows will not start. It wont start in safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with communitcations, Last known good configuration, or starting windows normaly. No matter what i try i cant fix it. i have to use my brothers comp for now in his room but im always on my comp and its killing me not being able to be on it. So if anyone can help me please tell me how to fix it i would really appreciate it.

do a repair installation or format and install.

Thanks i guess i could try that. I have a dell and i have a windows reinstallation cd i guess thats what you mean.
