Where Is The Attachment

when I forward a message with an attachment in hotmail. My message sent without an attachment.

Usuallly what I do is save the attachment to my computer, then create a new message with the attachment.
Btw, what email client are you using? Hotmail, Gmail... I tend to use Outlook most of the time.
