Hey does any one know how to get them moving avatars its like a short clip from a flilm or a game??? like this one

I use the program VirtualDub to crop the movie file to the scene I want and export the frames to individual images. Then I use JASC Animation Shop to make it into a gif and try to reduce the file size to something reasonable yet with still decent image quality (probably the hardest part).

You can capture what you want in a game with Fraps and that will convert it into a video file
