I am really bugging out over here i don't know what the problem could be. About 3 months a go i got a compter custom built, it was a b-day present. Soon there after i got Final Fantasy XI and the game plays great until i get into an area with alot of trees and while in those areas my computer gets very choppy. I tried almost every thing that i could think of.. i tried defraging, turning off programs at start up, and deleted programs i don't use on my computer. Thinking it was the graphics card put it on best performance not quality..... My roommates says it is my processsor because he said it was overclocked ....but i don't see how. Anyway my computer meets more than the recommendec requirements.... plz help me out i am so lost.

probably is the graphics card, that one is pretty low end. running the latest dx version might help, along with turning off any xp services that you dont need. reduce some of the graphics settings in game as well.
but regardless, always clock all hardware normally when troubleshooting.

also, a Celeron isnt a very good processor for gaming. consider upgrading that and your gpu for better performance.
