Hosting Problem Warcraft III RoC(wierd problem)

Alright yesterday i told my friend wat to do in the portforwarding. It worked fine. He could host and everything. Then that night he went to advanced routing and clicked on the MegaBytesPerSecomd MBPS. He changed it from auto to 54. Then he couldnt host anymore. He changed it back to auto but he still cant host. Im telling him wat to do but nothing works. His router is a WRT54G router by Linksys. Anyone know how to work this? thanks
