Hacktool Kit virus making my internet slow...

I have this virus, have no idea how i got it but it seems like my nortan anti virus cant delted it, its called HACKTOOl kit and its a trojan virus, what it practiculary does is infects my SYSTEM32 files which makes my internet and basically my hole computer slow, my internet is slow AS HELL, TAKES ME FOR EVER EVEN DO I HAVE BELL SYMPATICO HIGH SPEED
what DO I DO TO DELETD IT OR FIX THIS ISSUE

Please post your HijackThis Logfile for better assesment of your problem.

For the umpteen millionth time, HijackThis has absolutely nothing to do with viruses or virus detection. It's for spyware, adware, and browser "helper" software detection and removal.
Pentium, just go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com and run the free online virus scan/removal.
Before you do that, Disable System Restore to keep Windows from "helpfully" restoring your computer to a virus-ridden state.

and the virus is called
Hacktool Rootkit
and nortan antivirus just says that it was unable to repair it, and they wont let me deleted it so
hope this micro program works

Yes it does .. HijackThis log show ups the system's configuration along with Autorun Services and BHOs .. These are the two most common ways to spread and infect a computer ..
