unable to delete a name changing program

so i press alt+ctrl+del--->Processes and i see a program that doesnt belong there with random letters. I highlight it and press the "end process" button but it then a new one shows up and i do the same thing with no ending. So i go to c:\windows\system32 and find the program there and see what happens if i do the alt+ctrl+del thing and when i stop its action the program automatically changes its name, the same name that shows up on the "Processes" list. i just hate this shit and thanx for helping

If this program, just appeared out of nowhere, and you dont recognize it?
Scan your PC with your antivirus.
Then go to Bitdefender scan on line, and scan the PC again.

Then scan it a 3:d time here: http://housecall.trendmicro.com
This, because no Antivirus is 100% able to catch all viruses.
