Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to set up multiple signatures in outlook that I can easily switch to and from?

Thanks Macka-

tools -> mail options -> signatures

Thanks Zakir for your response, but I'm trying to find a way of setting Outlook up so that I can switch easily between different signatures. There is a way to do this but I just can't quite figure it out.

I've seen that done on Outlook 2000, but not 2003. Please let me know if you figure it out, because that would be very useful..... I'll also try to find other info out about it.

Well im sure if the option was in 2000 then its in 2003. Do you want to change your signature for multiply accounts?

Yes it is possible to set up signatures to default to the account your sending from.

goto:
New Message/the drop down arrow buttion connected to options/email signature.

Add your signatures then "select the signatures assocated with (accountname)".

Next time you choose which account your sending from, your signature associate with that account will appear.

Note: to Use this feature. "Use Microsoft Office 2003 Word to edit email messages" must be enabled in Tools/Options/MailFormat

yes, I know how to do this, but there is a way to have it so you can just select one from a menu for each message.
