I just bought a laptop and I'm thinking of getting a wireless router. I currently have cable, so the connection is pretty fast, but I heard getting a wireless router will slow my connection speed. Is this true? Also, if I set up a firewall, would that slow down the connection speed too?
Do I need anything else to establish a wireless network for my laptop?
Please, any kind of help...
