MSI k8tneo-fsr NO POST

Ok so lets say that I'm in big trouble without you guys right now,
I brought my friends half built computer to his house, I forgot the manual at my house, (stupid) and the motherboard doesn't boot/post, I get 4 red lights on the D-Bracket in the back
I tried changing the ram, I unplugged all devices, only the motherboard and a PCI videocard are hooked to the system.
Could you guys help me find hte manual, its nowhere on internet, and time is a problem we must get this system working soon..
So thank you guys, I really need to know whats wrong with the system.!!
