SATA power connectors

I wonder if there are any gains at all in using the special power cables from my Antec True Blue, instead of the of the normal 4 pin cables for my Maxtor SATA HDD?

Technically no difference. Convience: SATA power cables are longer and easier to use.....

and they free up 4 pin cables

When asking, this maybe silly question, I thought that maybe the SATA power cord, whas lower capacitance, than the 4 pin? Or something like that.
