Gmail Problem

Hello friends,
I'm shirish. please forgive me if i ve posted the topic in wrong place because really i don't know where to go.
So coming to point, i'm having problem with http://gmail.google.com/gmail since 7 hours. Whenever i put the link for www.gmail.com or anything similar http://gmail.com it gives error message as " The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties."
I thought it might be problem of the browser then i gone for these browsers IE6, Firefox1.0.1, opera..... but still not opening. www.google.com working but google groups are not working... Each and every others links are working except gmail and google group  ( I'm very much confused about this.
Even i restored my system for 3 times, but that doesn't helped me here...
PLEASE HELP ME IF POSSIBLE.

It might not possibly be your problem. It could be something between you and Gmail. My Gmail is working fine, perhaps wait it out a day or two.

Fine !!! Thanx for replying. Its working now, but only thing i had reinstalled the OS. Some mailitious piece of software affected to gmail cache as per my opinion.
