Halo yeah

yeah so Halo is being a piece of crap and crashes at random times during installation. I was hm wondering why that would happen when it installed just fine before and i just did a clean reinstall of my OS. ty

have you tried installing a diff game. see if that works
and are you installing from cd / iso hard drive???

Is you hard drive compressed? Halo has problems with compressed hard drives.
Have you tried the basics such as spyware/adware/virus scans?
