SBC Yahoo DSL

HELP!! I was missing my refresh, close, back, forward icons on my toolbar so SBC Yahoo Tech Support asked me to uninstall and reinstall ybrowser. What a mistake!!
During the reinstall, I kept getting an error popup saying that Windows could not find the '-/Close' file...therefore...no ybrowser.exe!!!
Now the only way to access my SBC Yahoo DSL is through IE....
When I click on the SBC Yahoo DSL desktop icon I get NOTHING!!!
How can I install the missing /Close file???
