any live moderators who can tell me why i canno0t log on to internet with zone alarm enabled, and how do i activate zone alarm when on internet as i seem ti lose the icon when i disable zone alarm

Check out if your internet connection, is blocked out in Zone Alarms "Program control".
I had that problem with ZoneAlarm Pro. 55 - 062 - 011.
It spontaniuosly blocked both my internet connection and Outlook. I later found , that it have to do with the interaction between Service Pac 2 and that version of Zone Alarm.
When I got a new upgrade, The problem dissapeared.
If you are using Internet Explorer? Try Mozilla Firefox instead.

Ive Got Zone Alarm, Mozilla And Service Pk 2. Never Had Any Problems.
