Email with broadband?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

When I got broadband (cable) I no longer used the dial up connection (obviously) but could still get my email through outlook. then my original ISP disabled my account cos I hadn't used them for dial up.

So, now I only have the web based mail provided by my broadband supplier.

Now, the question is how do I have email using outlook but not using a dial up ISP provider?

Your broadband ISP should offer POP email that can be set up with outlook. Check their web site help and see if there are any FAQs on email setup. If not, there are other email services that offer POP email and Hotmail can be set up with outlook.

Whos' your broadband provider? We can probably link you to their instructions.
