Converting .pub to .jpg?

My wife created a logo in publisher and would like to convert the .pub file into a jpeg. I've googled it and haven't been able to come up with an answer. I'm hoping someone here might be able to help.

Try file>save as, look in the box that says "file types" at the bottom of the save dialog and it should have .jpg format listed.
