I experienced the same problem with BVRP CD for MPT.Even I approached BVRP but they advised to contact Philips people .No reply from Philips so far.You got any solution so far.Keep me updated

can you tell me the model of philips phone this was designed to run for?

the error is a known bug with a particular version of install shield (the 3rd party software they use to make the install process user friendly). Unfortunately I can't think of anyway for you to solve it at your end which is why if I know which phones use the software I will investigate a bit further.

oh and it is a philips problem, thyve basically bought the rights to repackage BVRPs product under their own brand and with their own products. I assume theyve recompiled the installer to add their own logos and mucked it up in the process. It does seem remakable they would ship a product with such an obvious flaw though.

It is for Philips 755 Mobile.BVRP CD 2.20 Version. It continue to show same error message

well i've had a look but cant find an alternative available thats freely downloadable. I've emailed philips with the exact techie description, don't get your hopes up though if they didnt reply to you as customers then theyre somewhat unlikely to respond to me.
