Help.. Corrupt data file

Hello e1
i'm having this probleme when i finish installing d2 LOD. it scan and tell me this error (can't really say in english i've got a french version). I've tried le 5 steps from blizzard tech support.. to no avails. I've also tried installing with another original copy, and still got the same error. I can start the game but i dont even have 5 minutes before the game freeze, and I can only push the reset button on my comp. I've also tried not installing LOD and the game is also freezing. I'm not using any third party programs either. This error only began after i formatted my pc. I had the game workin A1 before. I contacted blizzard support and they told me that they can't help me because it's a french version... great help they give... well
hope you can help me.
by the way, in any case, i'm pastin the french message i get.
Cette installation comporte un mauvais fichier de données. Vous devriez annuler et réinstaller. Si vous voyez de nouveau ce message d'erreur, contactez le support technique
