I have purchased a Geforce 2 MX 64 MB video card. After I insert it in AGP slot, my pc doesn't recognize it. I have disabled the integrated card after I inserted my geforce.
Please help!

Where exacly, have you tried to diable the integrated card? BIOS? Windows Device Manager?
Making sure, that the card is seated correctly in the AGP port?
Monitor connection, to the new card?
Does the PC recognize the card., in BIOS and Windows?

I disabled it in Windows Device Manager.
Card is seated correctly in the slot. When i connect the monitor to the card it is not working. It says NO SIGNAL.
Windows does not recognize new card. In BIOS the AGP 4x support is set to enabled.

Try flashing a new BIOS. Did you remove yourself, from static electrisity, before touching the card?
If not, You may have killed the card.
Try the card in another PC if possible or let a PC service station test it for you.

I will try it on friend's pc.

Jesus Christ goranpaa, how scarce and badly spelled can your posts be.
HuSSeinas, it may be that the speed of your graphics card, probably 4x, is not supported by your motherboard, which may only support 2x cards. In addition, goranpaa told you to flash your BIOS. You don't necessarily have to. It seems to goranpaa's first action to any computer problems . You have to disable the integrated graphics in the BIOS over anywhere else first, since the BIOS is the first thing to decide which graphics card to use. To do this, you enter the BIOS by pressing a certain key (usually Delete or F1) several times right when your computer boots up. Don't change any options in the BIOS unless you know what you're doing. Browse through it until you find an option that says Integrated Graphics and Disable that option. Then exit and save the BIOS. I can't give any specific instructions since I don't know what BIOS you have.

In my BIOS there is an option AGP 4x support, so I think my motherboard supports 4x.
I'll try to disable the integrated video via BIOS.
Thanks for the info.

Well, Vman! If you took time too read what I wrote in the first place. You soon will find, that I actually asked about if he had disabled the card in BIOS? And I really appoligize for the bad spelling. Thanks for beeing so observant and correcting / reminding me.
And as Mr. HuSSeinas did'nt comment on disabling any card in BIOS, I assumed that he had tried that.
