ok, I need some help with my history. I was watchin p0rn one day with my friend, yea i know evil, anyway and i deleted it by erasing history , the cookies, and the internet cache, but I was talkin to one of my friends the other day and he says that even if you delete it the way I did, it still exists somewhere in your hardrive. So, I need to know how to go deep into my hardrive to manually delete the files. Id appreciate any help. and if u could explain the process and directions in simple terms  im computer challenged thx.
