I Have No Disk Or Printer Books With My Epson Sq 2000stylus Scan Printer That Was Given To Me When My Brother Died. It Was Working Fine And Suddenly It Wont Work At All. It Says Ready To Print, Then It Says Cannot Connect To Server And It Says Windows Cannot See The Printer. I Dont Know How To Fix This.

Check all connections between PC and printer.
You also may try a registry repair software, You can download Registry Mechanic, for instance. But be aware, that this is a trialware, so you will have to scan, repair 15 faults. Scan again, repair etc. Just click the link. for downloading Reg Mechanic.

Also try to remove the printer cable from the pc. Reboot. Turn on the printer and reconnect the printer. Then hopefully, Windows will say, it have found a new hardware.
Windows XP, have integrated a generic driver for your epson stylus.
But I tried to google for one, without any luck.
Also went to Epson home, trying to find a downloadable manual for it. But I could'nt even find the printer there.

There might've been a situation where the data cable going between the computer and the printer becoming loose, therefore ending Window's ability to see tje printer. If Windows still cannot see the printer after fixing the cable, do not trouble yourself with trying to fix the registry as goranpaa said. It might be too much trouble. First instead try uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it. To uninstall it, click the Start button, Run..., and type in this into the text box: devmgmt.msc
A window will come up (this is the device manager). Expand the Printers by clicking the plus sign next to the word "Printers". Click on the device that appears under that (there should only be one. If there are more, find the one that says Epson Stylus Scan 2000 or something similar). Right click this device and click on uninstall. Then, in the message box that comes up, click on OK.
I have taken the trouble to find the location of the drivers you need in addition to the manual for the printer and will put them on my site. I will keep them on there until you notify me that you no longer need them.
I will find the drivers. However, you need to tell me what version of Windows you have. I will keep tabs on this post to check.
Here is the manual:

Sorry to hear about your brother and good luck with fixing the printer.
To goranpaa: By the way, man, a reliable source for over 100,000 drivers is http://www.driverguide.com. It also offer manuals and similar things. You simply get a free account on there and you search and download drivers.
