why is it so slow?????????

hi all
my pc has slowed down quite a lot and i dont know why... whenever im typing wether online or not the hour glass on my curser keeps coming on and preventing me from typing this is related to the slow down they seemed to happen at the same time
any suggestions would be most welcome

It's probably some sort of spyware or adware. If you do not currently use a scanner to find this stuff, download Ad-Aware (http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE...tml?tag=lst-0-2)
It's what I use and it's gotten rid of everything so far. Just run a scan of your harddrives and it'll tell you what to do.

cured it i think i ran spybot search and destroy.... thanks anyway people
