How can I know the exact modle of my mem?

Hi, I wanted to know is there an App or something that will tell me what is the part# or exact modle of my memory stick.
I have a Corsair CMX CL 2-2-2-5 (512MB) and I want to by exactly the same thing.
Links or something would be great

look up your memory on corsair's site. the model number will be there. alternatively, just pull out a dimm and look at it.
