God i hate this.. why do i get this ? Almost 20min since i dropped from a game yet i cant even login.
Any idea what is going on ?

Maybe you had a virus monitoring your computer or you downloaded a hack.

Sometimes when the Diablo2 game "crashes" it doesn't crash properly and remains active in memory & connected (although the GUI is still gone).
Try holding <Crtl> & <Alt> then tap <Del>
This should give you the task manager.
Look for Diablo II.exe (or maybe Game.exe) and click it... then "End task".
This should make sure Diablo2 is fully exited and stop your CD-Key being in use.
If this doesn't help... you have probably had your CD-Key stolen and being used by someone else (Normally by a trojan hidden in a "hack").
