Nokia PC Suite problem... PLEASE HELP ME!!

Please help me here guys
I've bought a new phone nokia 7610 and I cant hook up with my computer.
I've got windows ME. Nokia PC Suite 6+ support only 2000 and XP. So this is my fix. PC Suite version less than six dont support my phone and more than six does not support ME. So what do I do? Can anyone provide a solution or direct me to some alternate software?

If you have suficent RAM and hard disk space you can save all your data to some removable media and install a new operating system.
