Bit for Finished or not

So, I was looking through some posts today and I noticed that some had 1 or 2 comments and were solved and then there were some which had 5-6 comments that weren't solved. Since I'm only able to look at the forums everyday or two, there's sometimes a lot of new posts. It would be nice that after the problem has been solved, the person who created the post or senior members/moderators would be able to 'solve' the problem and it would show up on the main listing as either solved or not solved. It could just be a green check or red 'x' that would tell you. That way, we could be more helpful to people whose problems haven't been solved because we would be able to read them before the others that have been solved.

Well that feature would be nice only in certain forums. It would then truely be a help desk.

I completely agree with that, DemonBob, I would want somebody to solve the random word thread. The feature does make it more like a helpdesk, but I can't tell if that's good or bad..... I mean, people would still go to the solved topics and talk about it.... it's not like the problem would completely disappear.
