i got problem when i start diablo 2 .. the previewe of blizzard and blizzard north i view but when it go to main menu the error is D2BNClient/BNetGW

I had xp and my computer had the recent service pack ... But im not sure of my video card .. And my computer is a Dell . 2004

Oh and before i install the pacth v1.10 it work fine all we play and when i install the patch it started to crash ... Plz help me ??

If your game worked without the patch. And if you really dont need it? Then why use the patch at all?
Sometimes patches makes things worse instead of improving stuff.

Although you could try running windows Defrag.
Diablo2 is very sensitive about broken files for some reason.
