Updated Hercules Drivers

Hercules updated their sound card drivers for the Game Theatre XP, Gamesurround Fortissimo II, and Kyro Based Cards to include official Windows XP support. Here's a list of the other updates:
(Game Theatre XP) Bug fixed/Features added (Version 3.01):
- Windows XP compatible.
- PowerDVD Pro 6.1 support.
- Intelligent 5.1 and 6.1 virtualization for games and music.
- Small speaker mode.
- Multi-speaker MP3 hardware acceleration.
- Windows 2k/XP 512MB RAM now supported.
- Fixed miscellaneous driver and game issues.
- Installer/uninstaller improvements.
(Gamesurround Fortissimo II) Bug fixed/Features added (Version 1.01):
- Windows XP compatible.
- Windows 2k/XP 512MB RAM and more now supported.
- Fixed miscellaneous driver and game issues.
- Installer/uninstaller improvements.
(Kyro Based Products) Bring drivers to version: 9.031 and includes Windows XP support.
