can anyone help me? I can,t connect to battle.net .

Look for any patches or updates to the game you were trying to play.

Get the latest patch from www.blizzard.com/patches. If the patch doesn't work, try reinstalling the game first, then try the patch again.
Another cause for that error is using modified versions of the game. If you're using a no-cd crack or anything similar, you will not be able to play on Battle.net at all.
