my stupid causin stole my serial key to use on hes pirete diablo II expansion and now i cant log with my original one on b.net since he tryed use my key, i just want to know what halen and how he hek i fix that plz

What kind of cousin would do something so whack? I don't know much about Blizzard.net, but if it works the same way as Unreal Tournament 2004, then one of you can't use the key while the other is using it. In this situation, there is nothing much you can do aside from kicking the sh*t out of him and tell him to stop using the key. If Blizzard.net is more like CounterStrike on Steam, where you register the key with an account on Blizzard.net and no other account can ever use that key, then there's nothing much you can do aside from stealing his account information and changing the password. The tech support people on Blizzard.net won't have the right to take someone's playing rights away just based on your word.
Wait for one of the Blizzard.net experts here on Open Tech Support to come online. They should be able to help you out more.

If you and your cousin both used the CD-Key from different IPs at the same time then your CD-Key is most likely banned.
Go buy a new CD and beat the money for it out of your cousin 
If however you only get the message "This CD-Key is already in use" then ring your cousin and tell him to reinstall D2 with his own key (and to stop playing NOW).
