Window's Movie Maker Question

Im trying to slow down this song, and my friend said that you can slow down songs on Window's Movie maker. If so, how? and if u cant, could someone give me a link to a program that can? thank u

Make sure you have Movie Maker version 2.0. Then, you go into effects, find the slow down by half, and drag that effect onto the song in the timeline (you have to be in timeline mode).

i got a question about movie maker as well... i try to import pictures and it keeps telling me unspecified error and wont let me do anything? any help
