Lock-ups

When i'm playing Diablo 2 it works fine, until I finish an Act, when I finish an Act it just freezes up, and recently when i'm in Act5 it freezes up too, It's not running off of Direct3D, because it was too choppy then, Thanks in advance.

What Windows, videocard? And how much RAM do you got?

Have you updated the driver for the fX 5200 at Nvidia home lately? And patched the game?

Yeah, I have. Should I re-install the Patch again? I was playing it recently, and now it's locking up about every 3 minutes in the game. I have no Spyware, I have no viruses, I'll check for updates, but I doubt there's going to be any, because I installed the Drivers about a week ago, but thanks for the help.
Edit: It was working fine the first week I was playing it, but then all of a sudden it started locking up

Yes, try reinstalling the patch again.

Also try running windows Defrag.
Diablo2 is known to have alot of problems at ends of acts (when staring new act for first time) if you have its files are fragmented too much.
