Web-cam Sound!

Greetings from GERRY. I have a PC Line web-cam. Picture OK incoming and outgoing. Sound in OK. No sound out. I can hear all my friends but they cannot hear me. We are all on MSN7. CAN ANYONE HELP.

if will need to go to sound properties in control panel and make sure the mic is set up as ur webcam, your webcam does have a mic right?
