While playing games on my comp it will freeze and lock up

While playing games on my comp it will freeze and lock up. BF2 will freeze during only a few minutes of play but Iron wrath takes about 30 minutes. Comp locks up and I have no other chose but to reboot. Here is the error i get in event viewer

how old is this comp? how many case fans do you have and what is your cpu temp?
