problem with transfering littles pictures

Question
I've just purchase a new old laptop and installed all that I had on the
computer to be able to work as before. I used to be able to transfer pages
with text and little pictures from the web to my Word pages and than changes thoses
little pictures in line and move them where I want them , But now I can't do
it anymore. I have checked to install all Windows updates and office updates
but no improvement. Anyone knows where to search next or what could cause
that . It would be really appreciated because I am in the middle of a big job
and I need that to finish it

if you are using the same version there should be the same features so i suggest you try setting things up the way you had them because they should in theory be the same if they are the same verion...
then my seccond suggestion would be to read the readme in the program that you are using. WORD so the easiest way to get there is to open that program and press the F1 KEY.

well I've tried you first solution in every way possible. Now just realized that I can't do what I was able to do on my computer before. So something must have happen in my transfer of files somewhere and who know what it could be unless there is some very intelligent person in here who knows a lot how graphics copy and paste are working. And it must have happen before I have transfered , that is why I have transfer the problem the missing thing or files needed to do that. Just hope some specialist will help.
