Multiple/mirrored taskbars

Hey all, thanks for reading. I have a problem where it seems I have 2 task bars. It dosn't happen all the time but soemtimes when i open a program, it will show up in 2 different sections of the task bar. Its divided by the bracket things you all know what i'm talkin about. its basically like having 2 taskbars open. I don't know how this came to be. I researched all around but couldn't find a solid answer. Thanks for your help

ok, i found a program that fixes any issues w/ the taskbar something like "taskbar magic" or soemthing, but the feature i needed required the full version. so i went into regedit and deleted the desktop key, restarted, and all is fine.
