Fatal error during install of Windows XP

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I am trying to install Windows XP from a Snap server with the I386 directory shared on it. I am using the winnt.exe command to start the install, which starts with no problem. The install program begins to copy files from the folder and actually gets to about 99 percent. It then stops, reboots and seems to pick up where it left off, it begins copying and then verifying files. The gui portion starts up and then the Fatal error message pops up:
Details:
Error SXS.dll something something could not be completed because manifest is missing.
I assume this manifest is the file it was copying when the install stopped and restarted.

Can anyone provide a clue on how to get around this.
